In her response to our post, Riki Moss explains some of the important points she felt she needed to make about her book An Obese White Gentleman in No Apparent Distress, or as she refers to it OWG. I have just finished reading another book. This time it is a hardcore aikido book, so hardcore that I didn't understand a lot of the concepts mentioned. The book is by O-Sensei Morihei Ueshiba, it is The Secret Teachings of Aikido, and the following is my subjective review of it.
I started reading the book with little knowledge about who it was about, mainly, who Terry Dobson was. I have seen videos of O-Sensei throwing around a big Western person but I didn't know who that person was.
